Welcome to FlightDash.io’s OpenAI Usage Policy, governing the use of the AI Cabin Crew Announcement feature (“Feature”) powered by OpenAI technology. This Feature is currently in an open beta phase and is considered experimental. By using this Feature, users acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
The AI Cabin Crew Announcement feature leverages OpenAI's advanced language models to generate in-flight announcements. Given its experimental status, users are advised to use this Feature with understanding and caution. The performance and output of this Feature are subject to variations and continuous improvements.
While FlightDash.io has estimated the cost of using each announcement at approximately $0.50 per flight, this figure is an approximation. Actual costs may vary based on OpenAI’s API usage. Users are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with OpenAI’s API pricing policy, available at OpenAI Pricing, to understand potential charges.
Users are solely responsible for any charges incurred from using OpenAI’s services in conjunction with this Feature. This includes any costs incurred due to the product's failure to perform as anticipated, issues relating to network connectivity, or any matters involving third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenAI. FlightDash.io, including its employees, developers, affiliates, or any associated parties, shall not be held accountable for these charges. Users are advised to utilize OpenAI's feature to set limits on API usage charges to manage costs effectively.
To access this Feature, users must supply their own OpenAI API credentials. These credentials are used solely for accessing OpenAI's APIs and are transmitted securely over HTTPS. FlightDash.io does not store your OpenAI API key on its servers.
Users are responsible for the security of their OpenAI API key. It is advised to store this key securely and exercise caution, especially when using the "Export/Import Configuration" feature of FlightDash.io, as the exported file will contain the API key in plain text.
Given the experimental nature of this Feature, FlightDash.io makes no warranties regarding its performance or reliability. Users agree to use the Feature at their own risk. Under no circumstances will FlightDash.io be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Feature.
FlightDash.io reserves the right to modify this OpenAI Usage Policy at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review this policy for any changes prior to each use of the Feature. Continued use of the Feature after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
